Position Summary   Work as part of the optical  Customer Care Center team to ensure that each customer has a positive service experience with PFO Global. Deliver accurate information regarding PFO services, in order to ensure customer satisfaction.  Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service provided is in alignment with standard operating procedures. Required Qualifications   1 to 3 years Customer Service experience required Excellent communication skills, including a strong command of the English language and the ability to clearly articulate program details to customers over the telephone Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications, required

Proper phone etiqutte Preferred Qualifications   Previous call center experience preferred

Previous optical experience preferred

Previous shipping experience preffered Education   Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
